McDan Shipping specializes in the delivery of uniquely designed Shipping and Logistics Solutions. This App provides useful business tools for the shipping community and facilitates two-way communications between the Company and its Clients. Some of the business tools include Shipment Tracking, Currency Converter, Enquiry Forms, Click-calling of McDan Offices and Hotlines as well as links to Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) resources.
Clients can request shipping and logistics quotes from right within the app and send pictures to McDan to clarify and raise concerns. It is designed to create convenience for McDan’s Clients and the shipping community.
The "Consult McDan" feature offers the shipping community the opportunity to seek professional advice from McDan Shipping and get the required assistance to resolve their challenges.
The "Events Tab" allows McDan to publish upcoming events within the App to keep its stakeholders well informed. The "Messaging Features" makes it possible for McDan to issue real-time alerts and information about its activities and operations.
The App also incorporates a "Note Pad" for the convenience of users who may wish to capture some business notes in the course of their transactions on the field.
Users can also interact with McDan Shipping using their social media accounts from right within the App.
